Configuring FTP for NonStop is perhaps the trickiest part of using UltraEdit so here is a sample configuration:

Under Advanced Account Settings -

For Guardian File Access:

• set the server type to TD_GUARDIAN
• set Full Path Leading Character to $
• set Path/Node separator to .

For OSS File Access:

• set the server type to UNIX
• set Full Path Leading Character to /
• set Path/Node separator to /
